सेना र दरबारको खर्च नघट्ने

काठमाडौं- सेना र दरबारको खर्च अत्यधिक भएको आलोचना भइरहे पनि यो ‘लोकतान्त्रिक सरकार’ ले समेत त्यसलाई घटाउन नसक्ने भएको छ । यिनीहरूको साधारण खर्च त झन् घटाउने सम्भावनै छैन । चालू वर्ष सेनाका लागि १० अर्ब ९० करोड रुपैयाँ विनियोजन गरिएको थियो । त्यसको झन्डै ५ अर्ब तलब लाग्छ ।
